Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy describes how and when your order will be delivered after a purchase from Luminetta (the “Site”, “we”, “our” or “us”). It applies to all orders placed via www.luminetta.com and to all associated shipping services.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship both domestically within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and internationally to selected countries. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@luminetta.com.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
1.UAE Deliveries: 1–3 business days
2.GCC Countries: 3–7 business days
3.International Deliveries: 5–14 business days depending on your location
Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, weather conditions, or logistics disruptions beyond our control.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight. From time to time, we may offer complimentary shipping promotions.
5. Duties & Taxes
- UAE Orders: All applicable VAT is included in the final price.
- International Orders: Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Luminetta is not liable for any additional charges incurred during import.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
7. Shipping Delays or Issues
If your shipment is delayed or you experience delivery issues, please contact us at info@luminetta.com. We will assist in resolving the matter as promptly as possible.
Refund & Return Policy
At Luminetta, every item is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before shipping. Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to quality, all sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery by emailing info@luminetta.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
We will review your case and, if eligible, offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.
Note: Reports submitted after this 3-day window may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personal and sensory nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Fragrance preference
- Items used, opened, or altered in any way
