7. Refunds & Returns

All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at info@luminetta.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review and, if eligible, offer a replacement or store credit.
